a boat fashioned from a debris bag was hoisted between two pink metal parasols and kayak paddles dangled from the rigging

a phosphorescent beach tarp was pinned down by sandbags and driveway markers  became fishing rods with streamers flying

black garbage bags had crudely painted frames

etc.
